Steering Committee of Ecorivers: Handing over the work that are ahead of schedule
In the two days of September 26-27, 2019, Steering committee the work of Ecorivers Hai Duong ended handing over 46 low-rise housing units to the investor ahead of schedule.
Package "Construction of foundation structure, body structure, finishing outside package 14 - 46 low-rise housing areas" under the project of ecological urban area along Thai Binh river (Ecorivers) by Construction 1 Hanoi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as an investor was started by Cotana Group in late March 2019.
Up to the present time, after more than 6 months of construction, the steering committee of the project has completed 100% of the workload under the contract and finished handing over the whole project to the Investor. Mr.Nguyen Tien Long - commandant of Ecorivers Hai Duong said that this is the result of the efforts, determination and the working spirit of 150% of engineers at steering committee.
“At Ecorivers Hai Duong project, the work of construction and acceptance was strictly controlled by the investor. Therefore, steering committee has cooperated with other contractors in site coordination. Regularly meeting with the project management board to learn from experience as well as supervise, instruct and warn subcontractors to minimize construction errors, ”said Mr. Nguyen Tien Long - Commandant.
Be inspired by the spirit of hard work from the early days so the more the final stage, when the pressure to complete the project on schedule, it is also the time of the sprit of engineers and workers is higher up. The package of construction of 46 low-rise houses in the Ecorivers Hai Duong project is a work with a total construction schedule of less than half a year, much shorter than most other projects that Cotana Group has constructed. The investor evaluated that the steering committee has worked seriously, closely following the progress and quality assurance.
Previously, despite the urgent construction time, the work of site preparation: Utilities of the steering committee’s office, material storage area, living area for officials and workers ... were rushed to complete to ensure the image and brand of Cotana.
