Samsora Steering Committee is determined to complete the project on schedule

Samsora Premier is a large-scale high-rise building, built in a densely populated area in the center of Ha Dong District, Hanoi. The organization of the construction site is agreed and closely coordinated between the steering committee and the units participating in the construction of the project on the principle of "Safety - Quality - Progress". Construction environment always ensures cleanliness, minimizes noise, uses privacy shielding and ensures security.



In order to complete the project on the committed schedule, in addition to making and seriously implementing the work in accordance with the detailed plan set out (including contingency plans for arising work), the steering committee also clear and specific task assignment for each staff.

Organizing internal work briefings and regular meetings with teams to promptly solve difficulties and problems of subcontractors and teams in the implementation process.
