On the Ecogarden site
Referring to Hue, many people will immediately think of a city with ancient beauty and full of nostalgia. But in the past few years, this beautiful ancient capital has strived for strong development and integration with the world. The real estate projects including Ecogarden are the drawings that contribute to the change of the look of dreamy Hue.
Ecogarden is an ecological urban area (invested by Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company) with an area of nearly 45ha located in Thuy Van Complex Phase II, belonging to Zone B, New Urban Area An Van Duong. Officially started in June 2019, up to now, after half a year of continuous construction under the management of Cotana Group, many important items of the project have entered the completion stage.
Combination of square area items
The stone slab, named Ecogarden, is the symbol of the project that has completed in just 21 days. Under the stone slab is a mailbox - containing the wishes and ambitions of those who have contributed to the construction of the project to future residents. The letter will be opened when Ecogarden turns 50 year old.
The wall of the iconic tower has been completed and the erection of the entire tower has also been completed. Cotana Group is mobilizing the utmost manpower and machinery to complete the iconic tower before the Spring of 2020.
With the best efforts of the Site Steering Committee with the workers, the decorative column category is getting into the final stages. Some items such as roof scaffolding for plastering ceiling, plastering pillars, building ledges and lobby roofs all reach over 80% of the workload. In addition, the column and floor of cote 1.5 will soon be completed in early January of the following year.
Lake landscape - a highlight in the square area is speeding up the construction progress and is expected to be completed in the week of December.
An ecological urban area is forming in Ecogarden with straight rows of king areca and green grass, nurseries with all kinds of flowers and grass.
Camellia shophouse
Camellia shophouse is one of the Ecogarden subdivisions - symbolized as the camellia, symbolizing eternal beauty and full happiness. In September, four blocks of shophouses from CL01 to CL04 in Camellia area were started.
After nearly 4 months of construction, the volume of leveling in this area reached about 70% and will be completed by the end of this December. In addition, 242 piles of 1461 piles of Camellia villas have been pressed, the rest is expected to be completed in January 2020. After completing the foundation and underground tank of 04 shophouses in the past November, all human resources have been actively implementing the next works to soon bring products to market.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure is one of the three arterial roads of the urban area, center road 2 with a length of 509m, basically completing the embankment of K95 and K98, installing rainwater drain manholes as planned and being in sewage drain construction process.
The entire leveling of Camellia has been completed by the end of November. Square area and residential areas of stage 2A have also been leveled to cote 2.1m, reaching over 90% of volume.
Spring Canh Ty is going to very close, so the working atmosphere become more hustle. Present at the construction site these days, we only feel all the efforts of the engineers and workers to be able to complete the project items as planned. With that enthusiastic atmosphere, the promise of a spring full of vitality really filled the Ecogarden site.
