Ecogarden - Investment project branded Cotana Group
On April 24, 2018, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province signed an official decision to select an investor to implement an investment project using land in Thuy Van Complex Phase II, located in Zone B, An Van Duong New Urban Area, TP. Hue.
The project is invested by Cotana Group. The project is called Ecogarden - with an area of 45 hectares, located in An Van Duong urban area, Hue city with a total area of about 1,400 ha. As expected, Ecogarden will be implemented and completed in 8 years.
An Van Duong urban area is located on an area of land running north-south and running along the Huong River, between Hue city and the airport, divided into zones A, B, C, D. The project includes administrative area mixed with housing, handicraft production, commerce, service, sports center, entertainment center ... designed according to the model of ecology urban area on water and green systems. An Van Duong is divided into four new urban areas with four different functions of which the main residential function is. Once completed, An Van Duong will include 1,200 apartments. An Van Duong is considered as an ideal city to choose a place to work and live according to the needs of modern times.
The Ecogarden project is oriented to develop into a sustainable ecological project with high-class residential areas to meet the need to increase the quality of housing with an increasingly improved living standard, serving Hue’s residents like the nearby province. In addition to luxury housing, affordable housing is clearly decentralized, the project is surrounded by state-of-the-art urban infrastructure and commercial centers, public facilities and landscape as well as green square. The total ground design of the project is a harmonious combination between historical elements and traditional local culture of Hue with the modern context of a developing city and integration with the world.
