Cotana Group's 2019 Year-End Party

This was not only a summary of all activities in 2019, but also an opportunity for the leadership and the entire company staff to meet, exchange and share with each other in a very cozy atmosphere of Spring to looking forward to 2020 together with more determination and expectation for more success.
 
In the past year, Cotana Group strongly promoted its role as an investor with the Ecogarden urban area project in Hue which was started in June 2019. With this project, Cotana Group also plays the role of general contractor to operate construction at the project, including bidding packages assigned to subcontractors and direct implementation packages.
In parallel with the strong promotion of real estate investment projects, in the past year, we also ended a series of key construction projects launched in 2018, such as the complex of commercial service office and high-class apartments Amber Riverside at 622 Minh Khai, Marina Arc shophouse - Ecopark and package of 46 apartments in low-rise housing area at Ecoriver Hai Duong project.
 
A year with positive signals from investment activities has helped the Company overcome the difficulties coming from the fierce competition of brands in the industry with the revenue reaching the plan.
 

In his speech at the 2019 year-end party Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Management Board especially emphasized the importance of honesty and responsibility to each individual. According to him that is a measure of value, courage and strength of yourself. He reminded the Cotana’s employees, from the leadership to the staff, to dare to think and dare to do: That means receiving the task and taking responsibility for your task, and trying your best to complete the task, don’t dodge a duty, push the task to circumstances or to others. And dare to take responsibility: It means accepting the error and willing to bear the bad consequences that come to you when you do not complete the task, do not blame the situation or others. This is a sample of employers, leaders in the group.

The year-end party also spent most of the time to honour outstanding individuals and collectives who contributed to the overall development of the Company in 2019.
 

Mr. Doan Van Tuan - General Director of the Company awarded the collective prize of the year to the Executive Board of Ecogarden Project – Hue.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep - Deputy General Director of the Company awarded reward to the hard-working employees: Mr Nguyen Van Viet - and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy General Director - Union President of the Company awarded reward to excellent union officials in 2019: Comrade Nguyen Thi Thao Yen, comrade Vu Tien Quyet and comrade Nguyen Thi Nham.
