Cotana Group started construction of Camellia shophouse
In the morning of September 19, 2019, Cotana Group - the general contractor for the construction of Ecogarden Urban Area (Thuy Van Complex Phase 2 - Belonging to Zone B - An Van Duong New Urban Area - Thua Thien Hue) held a construction groundbreaking ceremony of shophouses on a 60m street in Camellia area. The ceremony took place solemnly with the participation of Mr. Dang Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Cotana Capital’s Management Board - the investor of the project and representatives of the Project Management Board, the Board of Directors and representatives of the departments of Cotana Group.
After this groundbreaking ceremony, 121/285 shophouses on 60m street in Camellia area will be constructed, completed and handed over to the investor by Cotana Group in the third quarter of 2020. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Quyen - Deputy General Director of Cotana Group said that Ecogarden is one of the key projects of Cotana Group in the coming years. The company has fully prepared human resources, material resources, machinery and equipment to complete the project to ensure safety - quality and commitment to the schedule required by the investor.

Camellia is one of the Ecogarden subdivisions - symbolized as the camellia, symbolizing eternal beauty and full bliss. Camellia is planned into 4 closed communities, controlled by 24/7 security system to ensure absolute safety and privacy. Built on an area of nearly 8ha Camellia has a total of 285 units, including 114 shophouses (typical and gable) and 171 villas (single and duplex).
Camellia shophouses have two approaches: business approach from the big road, for commercial purposes, the approach from internal roads for residential purposes. This design style creates works that meet the needs of two residents: Just having a place to settle in an ecological community, while generating revenue from commercial business activities.
