COTANA CAPITAL ORGANZED THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS IN 2021
On the morning of March 29, 2021, Cotana Capital Real Estate Development and Investment Joint Stock Company held the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Phoenix Hall 4, 6th floor - Vinpearl Hotel Hue.
The meeting was successfully held with the attendance of Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board, members of the Board of Directors, shareholders representing 100% of the shares with the right to decide and guests.
At the meeting, 100% of shareholders agreed with the contents of the reports: the report on business results in 2020 and the plan in 2021 presented by Mr. Doan Van Tuan - General Director; report on the activities of the Board of Manegement in 2020 and the plan in 2021 presented by Mr. Dang Anh Tuan - Deputy Chairman of the Board; post-audit financial statements for 2020 and the plan for 2021 presented by Mr. Tran Trong Dai - Chief Accountant; report on activities in 2020 and plan in 2021 of the Supervisory Board presented by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tien - Head of the Supervisory Board.
At the meeting, 100% of shareholders agreed with the contents of the reports: the report on business results in 2020 and the plan in 2021 presented by Mr. Doan Van Tuan - General Director; report on the activities of the Board of Manegement in 2020 and the plan in 2021 presented by Mr. Dang Anh Tuan - Deputy Chairman of the Board; post-audit financial statements for 2020 and the plan for 2021 presented by Mr. Tran Trong Dai - Chief Accountant; report on activities in 2020 and plan in 2021 of the Supervisory Board presented by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tien - Head of the Supervisory Board.

In the past year 2020, the Board of Management has made important and timely decisions in solving the company's problems, especially in the difficult situation of the domestic and world economies due to severe impacts from the Covid 19 pandemic.
In the closing speech of the meeting, Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board shared his enthusiasm about the process of formation, orientation and development of the company. Up to now, on the ancient land, Cotana Capital has been implementing the Ecogarden urban area project (nearly 45ha) - One of the leading key projects of the company in particular and Thua Thien Hue province in general. After being approved by Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee, the project was started in 2019 and is entering the implementation phase according to the signed schedule.
Following the success of the Ecogarden project, Cotana Capital hopes to implement more projects with a much larger scale in the province in the near future.

With the specific direction from the Chairman of the Board, Cotana Capital’s employees are committed to implementing the construction at the project with the highest efficiency.
